Dr. Noriko Saiki received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Ph.D. in Economics from Kyoto University. As a marketing consultant at the Japan Research Institute, she has worked with multiple industries both public and private in projects such as business promotion, marketing strategy development, brand strategy building, organization reinforcement, CS Management for clients varying in scale. She is particularly specialized in marketing for the fields of consumer goods and B2C and often appears on broadcast news magazines to provide comments. Her publications include “Marketing in an internet society”(coauthored) by Yuhikaku, “Mass Marketing History of Japanese Companies” (coauthored) by Dobunkan, New Era Brand Strategy in “Economist”, Fast-Expanding Nail Industry in “Economist”.
