伊藤武彦教授が「未来をつくるリーダー」をテーマに「ソフトバンクビジネス+IT」に記事を連載中ですが、今回は「大災害の今こそ確認したい『未来を創るリーダーの資質』」というテーマで緊急寄稿をされました。震災発生時の企業の取り組みを事例に、有事の際のリーダーシップのあり方を提言しています。

As we got used to it Professor Ito Takehiko creates interesting and thoughtful articles covering the topic of Jeffrey R. Immelt leadership style, the famed CEO of GE.
However in the light of the tragedy at Fukushima area, he felt he has to create a special article this time.
The current article explains the actions taken by the Japanese company leaders and contains suggestions by himself regarding to risk management and effective leadership strategies as well.
