This course examines the major domains and theories of leadership and change in a global context. You will be called on to probe, question, and evaluate core aspects of leadership and change taking into consideration the organizational and cultural environment, especially the “administrative heritage”. The class format is highly interactive and requires your class participation in class discussions and in-group exercises. Therefore, you are expected to complete all readings assigned for each class session.
The teacher is so experienced that his comments were so understandable and convincing based on hid expertise. He also gave me a chance to look back my career deeply through the class to think about my own mission for the world.
