This course is an introduction to a few basic concepts and topics in social psychology that relate to organizational behaviors and consumer behaviors.It will particularly look into cultural organizations, group stereotype issues, related ethical problems, and motivation and creativity in contemporary society. The course goal is to be able to apply psychological theories and knowledge to real-world business settings in one's present and future career.
