#MBA #Business School

The Tax Accountant Program of the NUCB Business School aims to train highly-skilled professional accountants who can provide accurate advice on clients' management issues as tax and accounting professionals.
In order to become the "tax accountant of choice" for clients, in addition to the specialized knowledge required for tax accountants, problem-solving and proposal skills in corporate management are also necessary.
Therefore, we adopt the "case method" in our lectures, in which students study cases and precedents as business cases.
Each specialized subject uses a wide variety of business cases, including tax precedents and corporate accounting procedures, so students can acquire problem-solving skills in corporate management in addition to their expertise.
As tax and accounting professionals, students acquire the ability to accurately guide their clients.

Corporate Globalization and International Taxation

In this course, you will learn how to make business decisions.
Business owners and managers need to make business decisions in various situations, and investors need to make decisions on whether to invest. Corporate analysis is essential for management and investment decision making, and it is mainly measured based on accounting information. However, it is also important to analyze companies based on information that does not appear in accounting information.
In this lecture, students will learn quantitative and qualitative methods of corporate analysis from the perspective of managers and investors, and develop practical skills useful for decision making.
