Criteria for completion of Case Writing

  • The case must meets the standard of usage from a third party:
    • Purpose and value is clear to readers
    • Position of the protagonist is clear
    • Notes meets the standard for master’s thesis
    • Utilizes diversified authorities
    • Theories used are cited appropriately
    • References are described clearly
    • Notes have a unique perspective

Criteria for completion of Master’s Thesis

The thesis will be evaluated with regards to its theme, novelty, academic or practical purpose, including ethics.

  • The thesis fully meets novelty, academic and practical significance, including ethics.
  • The thesis sufficiently meets novelty, academic and practical purpose, including ethics.
  • The thesis meets academic significance, while it does not fully meet novelty and practical significance.
  • The thesis meets novelty and practical significance, while it does not fully meet academic significance.
  • The thesis does not meet novelty and academic and practical significance.

The methodology will be evaluated with rationality, versatility, ethical and global perspective etc.

  • Bibliographic survey is highly conducted and researched in a logical, ethical and global perspective.
  • Bibliographic survey is sufficiently conducted and researched in a logical, ethical and global perspective.
  • Bibliographic survey is sufficiently conducted, while methodology needs to be improved.
  • Bibliographic survey is biased against secondary information and methodology needs to be improved.
  • Bibliographic survey is biased against secondary information and methodology is not sufficient.

Outcome, academic and practical usability/application will be evaluated with regards to the following:

  • Academic and practical contribution is significantly high and have uniqueness.
  • Academic and practical contribution is high and have uniqueness.
  • Academic and practical contribution is met, while uniqueness is not sufficient.
  • Academic and practical contribution is partially met.
  • Academic and practical contribution is not sufficient.

The structure, logic, and clarity of the thesis will be evaluated with regards to the following:

  • The coherence, logic and clarity of the composition are remarkable.
  • Logically and clearly described in a coherent structure.
  • Logic meets satisfactory standards, while it contains unclear statements.
  • Insufficient logic or inappropriate paper style, for example, figures and references.
  • Thesis is not sufficient as it contains many spelling errors and unclear contexts.
