Review

  • This was my first time to learn about management, and it was very meaningful to understand frameworks such as PPM, PLC, 7S, etc., and to learn about management unique to Japanese companies, which will be useful in my future work.

    Sales 40s Male

  • The teacher was very specific and introduced various examples that were easy to understand. I would like to use this class as an opportunity to study the success stories of Japanese companies. The content of the lecture was on management, but we were able to have in-depth discussions on leadership as well.

    Administrative 50s Male

  • The explanation was very clear and easy to understand. Even in situations where there is so much information that it is difficult to know what to pick up, the class made it clear what to look for and what to consider, and I learned a lot. I think it was a great class.

    Administrative 40s Female

  • I think it is very useful to learn logical thinking. I would also like all business people to take this class, as it will deepen their understanding of frameworks. I would recommend it to my colleagues.

    Management 40s Male

  • The lecture was very easy to understand because the content was logical and explained in a clear logical structure from beginning to end. He also explained the purpose and intent of the case from a bird's-eye view, business communication, and other rudimentary areas that would not normally be included in a lecture.

    Management 50s Female

  • The class was very informative, rich and active. The content of the lecture was very easy to understand and I was able to learn the framework method in an experiential way. In addition, the tone of the teacher's explanations, such as logical explanations, the infrastructure was so good that it was hard to believe that it was an online class, and the quality of the materials and the board was high, so I was able to face the class with a sense of concentration and tension that I have never had before.

    Administrative 30s Male

  • I was surprised to find that I had a completely different understanding of the meaning, flow, and content of assignments from the report writing stage to after the class. I thought it was a very good point that I was able to experience the gap firsthand by listening to the class and then thinking it through in my own way in the report.

    Sales 30s Female

  • The lecture was easy to understand because it was explained in a logical manner. The lecturer's passion for developing businesspersons who can be active as leaders was well conveyed.

    Engineering 50s Male

  • The class was very fast-paced, and I found it difficult to keep up with the class, but I felt that I was able to learn effectively and in a good rhythm. I was also glad that we were able to review important points as needed, and that we were able to review the contents of the textbook in a discussion format, which helped us to consolidate our understanding.

  • I was required to understand the textbook and was able to learn how to use strategies and frameworks for the first time. I learned a lot because I have never had someone teach me how to use them in such detail before, and I think I will make good use of it in the future.

    office worker 30s Male

  • I felt it was amazing that the time was finished on time, which seems to be the norm. As the name of the lecture suggests, it was an essential lecture, and the key areas of strategy and marketing were explained in an easy-to-understand and detailed manner, so I was glad to have a more in-depth lecture by comparing it with the textbook.

    office worker 40s Male

  • He explained it based on examples, and it was very easy to understand. Also, the instructor was very encouraging and praised me when I did well, even if I was a little unsure of myself. I was able to recognize the parts I didn't understand because there were not enough people and they asked me questions carefully. It was a very good class.

  • Prof. Makita carefully picks up each student's comments, and evaluates them for their goodness or badness. He not only evaluates, but also shows each student how to improve his or her work, so that they can acquire practical skills that will be useful in their work from Monday onward.

    office worker 40s Female

  • All content is logical and you can learn the basics of "thinking" in business.

    office worker 50s Female

  • Professor Makita gave us many insights and we learned a lot in the class. I learned a lot not only about the basic marketing framework, but also about how to think logically as a business person and how to output such thinking.

    office worker 30s Female

  • The time management was excellent and the learning was fast-paced and effective. The explanations were on point and to the point and were excellent. Also, I could very much feel Dr. Makita's enthusiasm.

    office worker 20s Female

  • The explanations were very easy to understand, and although the content was very specialized and completely different from my usual field of work, I was able to understand it well. He also pointed out areas for improvement in response to my comments, which was very useful.

    office worker 40s Male

  • The connection of the class content from DAY 1 to DAY 2 was intentional and designed to allow us to feel growth after the end of the course. Also, the time management was perfect and excellent.

    office worker 40s Male

  • I think the great thing is that the story is complete, easy to understand, and keeps you thinking.

    office worker 30s Female

  • He explained the framework, an area that I had never understood even though I have been involved in marketing, from the very beginning, and then we did an exercise together. In addition to the frameworks, he also taught us logically how to conduct a class, how to look at a class, how to present, and how to explain. I would like to make use of what I learned in this workshop in my practical work, and I would like to learn more deeply in my future classes. Thank you very much.

    office worker 30s Male

  • The time management was perfect and I learned a lot from that as well. He also encouraged discussions appropriately, which helped me to think more deeply about what I said. It was the best class I have ever had. Thank you very much.

    office worker 30s Male

  • The time allocation, the speed of the explanations, the timing of the use of breakout rooms, and the points made in response to the remarks were all excellent.

    office worker 30s Female

  • In a good way, I was able to learn about the rigors of business (especially consulting and business strategy). It was also an opportunity for me to learn about things that I could not get into just by reading books (e.g., frameworks), while further deriving answers on my own through concrete examples.
