Strategies for Value Creation

Entry Closed

In this class, we will consider "corporate strategy in response to environmental changes," which is indispensable for business leaders. When the environment changes, organizations have to change the management strategy and business model accordingly. However, companies and industries have unspoken rules and practices that are not easy to break. The purpose of this class is to first share "the common sense of the industry and the company is misunderstanding" and then discuss "strategies to break misunderstandings".
