Managing Knowledge in Organizations

Participation in this course will ignite participants' interest and focus on knowledge management (KM) initiatives within business organizations. Participations will delve into knowledge acquisition and creation, alongside its internal dissemination. They will assess the role of information technology (IT) in KM, evaluating whether it serves as a beneficial tool or an undue fixation. Moreover, participants will explore knowledge retention and protection strategies, examining how organizations can safeguard and harness the value of their critical knowledge assets over time.
