Entry Open

This course is designed to teach students how to apply finance theory to the actual management of public companies. The course is a managerial course (not quantitative) designed for both students who aspire to be general managers as well as those who are aiming to become finance specialists.Global financial markets have changed substantially over the past 20 years. Markets have become globalized, market volatility has increased dramatically, new financial products have been invented, there are new market participants with different viewpoints, and markets do not behave in the same way as in the past. A major mistake in financial management can bring down a company very easily. The need for sophisticated management that is well-versed in corporate finance has never been higher.
