Review

  • Using the culture map, find out what exists as enablers and blockers in organizational culture and behavior, extract the success factors and issues at that time, and obtain suggestions for future activities. To gain a bird's eye view of the differences in corporate culture as a whole from examples of different organizations in Japan and abroad. Learn divergent thinking, which is different from conventional MBA thinking.

  • I have the impression that I got a new axis from the use of Culture Map, a tool that is not yet a major player in the field. By dealing with the trend of the teal organization and applying the cases I have learned so far, I was able to absorb intellectually, not only logically but also sensitively.
