In short, if we stay the same, Japanese companies will not be able to grow as long as they operate within Japanese context.You can say that the ultimate risk factor for Japanese companies is Japanese nation itself.This recognition of the risk is why I decided to start this course.The objective of this course is to TRANSFORM JAPAN.“How can we transform hopeless Japan, in terms of society, economy, politics, people and culture? How can we rescue Japan?”We will discuss them thoroughly at the class with 8 NUCB cases. every one of which contains topics of overall Japanese difficulties, not limited within specific company’s one.

The enthusiasm of the professor was infectious and I and the class were pulled along by it to learn as hard as we could. The theme was broad, and it made me think about unraveling the common sense of issues and putting them down to what I should do.
