Review

  • The perspective of leadership changed greatly from before to after the class, and I realized that I lacked leadership skills, but I could see how I could learn and acquire them if I took the perspective of how leaders think.

    Engineering 50s Female

  • I was able to understand what it means to respond "as a leader" to management problems that occur one after another by making the best decisions on the spot in the cases. Hearing about the professor's own global business experience at a foreign company, the interpretation of the case was very convincing.

    Sales 30s Male

  • The two days of lectures seemed to fly by. The cases were based on practical situations, and I was able to imagine the situation and think about how to respond.

    Sales 30s Male

  • I realized a lot about leadership, and the class was directly useful for my future work. The professor's lecture was very effective.

    Management 40s Male

  • It was very interesting to see how the class was structured based on the understanding of my leadership type and communication type. Since the class was small, there were a lot of comments and feedback from everyone, so it was a very meaningful time.

    Sales 30s Male

  • It helped me to understand my own leadership style and communication style. I learned a great deal from the way she listened and responded carefully to each student's comments, as if she were a counselor. I will continue to be aware of/act on multiple leadership styles so that I can use them differently.

    Clerical 40s Female

  • It was great to get the experience and comments from Yamamoto-sensei, a professional coach. However, I also understood that there is no formula that can be applied to any case, as the actual field is often case by case. It was interesting to determine my own leadership type and communication type for the class, and I think it will be helpful in the future. I think the ratio of lectures was just right.

    Professional 30s Male

  • It was easy for me to visualize the lecture based on the real-life examples that the professor has practiced. Thank you very much.

    Self-employed 40s Male

  • As a teacher who is a coach, it was a very psychologically safe environment, and I learned a lot from the experiences and honest opinions of people from different professions.

    office worker 30s Male

  • There are many leadership training programs out there, but I don't think there is a leadership program that uses the case method. Because I was able to think about leadership through multiple cases, it was easy for me to incorporate it into my own thinking.
