Biography
Professor Kadotani is CEO of Kadoya Shokuhin. He completed a PhD in Agricultural Studies at Kobe University in 2005. After working at the university for a year, he joined Ajinomoto Co. In 2015, he received a master’s degree from NUCB Business School, and was the recipient of the Case Award for outstanding student performance in 2014. After completing his master’s degree, Professor Kadotani left Ajinomoto to Kadoya Shokuhin where he became CEO the following year. Since 2016, he has been an adjunct faculty member at NUCB Business School, and received the Teaching award in 2019 and 2020.
