Recurrent Education for Career Support
As the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) adopted the 2020 "University Recurrent Education Promotion Project to Support Job Hunting and Career Change", the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business School will offer the "MBA Introduction Program to Support Job Hunting, Entrepreneurship, Career Change and Return to Work".
This is a highly effective recurrent education program that promotes the relearning and reskilling of working adults, with the aim of supporting those seeking employment, changing jobs, or starting their own businesses due to the impact of the change in employment structure caused by the pandemic; as well as working adults who have temporarily interrupted their careers due to childbirth, childcare or other reasons and are seeking to return to work or find new employment.
The program adopts the case method as the latest MBA educational method cultivated through the university's acquisition of international accreditation, allowing students to systematically learn management skills and basic knowledge in MBA fields of study, and provides a career path for highly specialized professionals through the acquisition of basic management knowledge and practical skills essential for business. This is a fast-acting recurrent education program that promotes the relearning and reskilling of working adults for the purpose of global success.
