Abstract

In the summer 1999, food poisoning happened in Kansai area widely in Japan caused by the milk products made by Osaka factory of SnowBrand. SnowBrand was the biggest and most famous dairy company in Japan. There were lots of Japanese who thought milk is synonymous with SnowBrand. The status in the dairy industry was strong and stable.
