BpiFrance Financement 2019

Abstract

This case is about two CEO’s, Andy Capé and Otto Graf, who are coming at Sarah, 4 years experienced bankers working for BpiFrance (Investment Public Bank). The two CEO are running a Frozen Yogurt company and are asking for a loan to finance the purchase of their main competitors in France to become the new leader of their market. We follow the three protagonists during their meeting where the CEO’s explain their project to Sarah. At the end, the two entrepreneurs evoke the wish that they wish to go abroad and more particularly in Japan where they have people already established in. We both follow the two sides, Sarah with the financial part of the case writing where she evaluates the project and with Andy Capé and Otto Graf where they evaluate if the Japanese market is a good opportunity to go. It’s a two sides case writing. This case if for post graduate student who already have financial and marketing knowledge.
