Employee Training
Active learning training
“Arranging the lecture” type
By arranging selected lectures from the MBA programs of the NUCB Business School addressing the specific requirements of a corporate training session, content can be customized according to need. Be it based on certain themes that require emphasis, or situations commonly faced by companies in the same industry, the contents of the program can be adjusted in a variety of ways. Furthermore, the level of the lecture will also be tailored to the experience and responsibility levels of the participants themselves, be they executives, managers, or rank and file employees. The lecture guides participants towards in-depth discussion and consideration of specific situations along specific themes, and posing important questions, the first of which are, What I would do? and What would my company do?

Although we tend to have unique values, our views narrow as we stay in the same company for a long time, and diverse ways of thinking are needed to encourage innovation. This innovation training brings several companies together to guide participants towards finding and maximizing the value of external contributors through discussion during lecture, and provides an opportunity for reflection on their own work from a new point of view.
