Takemasa Sekine

Biography

Dr. Sekine received a LL.M. from the Graduate School of Law at Keio University, and a Ph.D. in Public Law upon which he became a Post-doctoral Research Fellow for the Japan Society for Promotion of Science. He is currently a board member of the Japanese Government Procurement Review Board, and has held several roles in research projects hosted by Japanese governmental institutions, including the Research Institute of Economy, Trade, and Industry. He started his academic career at the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business as an Assistant Professor in 2014, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2016. Dr. Sekine was assigned to NUCB Business School in 2018 where he became a full professor in 2019.
