矢野 厚登

Biography

Professor Yano is a certified public accountant, tax accountant, administrative scrivener, and certified medical practice management consultant. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University, he worked at the Nippon Credit Bank (now Aozora Bank), eventually joining Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. After serving more than 10 years in financial institutions, he worked as a management consultant for real estate, hospitals and clinics as well as a bank accountant and tax consultant. In 1997, he founded the Brain Partner/Accounting Firm and obtained an MBA from the Kyoto University Graduate School of Business Administration upon which he joined NUCB Business School in April 2019. Professor Yano co-authored the book Inheritance, Business Succession, and M&A for Medical Clinic Directors, and also provides consulting services on business ventures for a wide range of organizations including legally incorporated foundations, and educational and financial institutions.
