Is it possible to apply just after graduation from university? Is work experience in a specialized field required?
Work experience is not required to apply for the Tax Accountant Program (Accounting and Finance course/Tax Law course) at Nagoya, and you can apply for these courses after graduating university. However, for the Tax Accountant Program at the Tokyo campus, a minimum of three years of general work experience (not restricted to specialized fields) at companies and/or public offices is required. Applicants with less than three years of work experience must take an application qualification examination beforehand. Those wishing to undergo the screening need to submit a resume, a CV (in any format), graduation certificate, and academic transcript to the Administration Office. If you have passed the Certified Public Tax Accountant exam, please also submit proof with your application materials. Envelopes containing application materials should have "application documents enclosed" written on the envelope.
