On Saturday evening at the end of the first day of weekend courses at the NUCB Business School, a brief international study abroad fair was held by the International Affairs office to introduce the opportunities afforded by the global partner schools at the graduate level. Over thirty different schools sent students to the NUCB Business School, Graduate School of Management on exchange or double degree in Fall 2019. The majority of these students are Master’s in Management students with various backgrounds and working on various specialized degrees which the school expects will add value to the regular degree students in the Global Leader Program.
As part of this study abroad fair, students from IPADE, St. Gallen and EADA gave brief presentations about their home institutions and why they believe NUCB Business School students would have a valuable experience as a guest student. The administration also explained in detail the five different options available as study abroad – (1) one/two week ‘International MBA’ programs, (2) short term programs for up to three weeks, (3) semester abroad for up to six months, (4) double degree program for one year abroad and (5) Executive Education off-campus modules.
The NUCB Business School has 113 elite global partner institutions in 51 countries around the world. As the most globally oriented business school in Central Japan and one of the top leading business schools in all of Japan, the emphasis on study abroad and international exchange is a key driver of the mission at the NUCB Business School.
