[Class Report] Financial Analysis

In the second half of the Spring semester of the NUCB Business School, an emphasis on learning the financial or technical skills with courses such as Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis allows students to ramp up their ability to understand the flows of a business. As a core course for the MBA degree offered in English (English track MBA) students continue the standardized practice of case method even under the umbrella of finance-based courses. Prof. Frendy takes an approach to this course will benefit those of you currently or planning to work as managers, analysts, entrepreneurs and those planning to take finance related professional credentials such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).


Prof. Frendy's research interests include Japanese corporate governance, audit market competition, and financial disclosure. He previously worked as an audit associate in KPMG Indonesia, one of the global Big 4 audit firms.  He obtained a B.S. in Economics (Honors) with a major in Accounting from Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, an AACSB accredited business school in Indonesia. He is also holding a US Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license from the State of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). Prof. Frendy has enjoyed teaching s courses at the Graduate School of Management and takes pleasure in supporting the development of young professionals with goals in the field of finance and accounting.
