We are proud to announce that the NUCB Business School (Graduate School of Management) has been featured in the 'FT 2018 Asia-Pacific Top 25 Business School Ranking', published for the second time since 2017. The rankings published by the Financial Times are one of the world's most renowned and trusted, particularly for MBA programs.

In the EMBA ranking, the NUCB Business School ranks 1st in Japan and 18th in Asia-Pacific region, among numerous top business schools such as Shanghai Jiao Tong Univeristy: Antai, CEIBS, National University of Singapore Business School, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, HKUST Business School, etc. Reflecting 'the quality and breadth of business schools offerings', the FT Ranking emphasizes heavily on 'career outcomes' and 'internationalization' as over 70% of the criteria are based on these 2 elements.

This ranking is yet another milestone in our growth as we are focusing on internationalization of our education and research activities to further improve our quality. It is part of our 'Frontier Spirit' as we thrive to educate innovative and ethical leaders, who will have the ability to bridge the gap between New Asia and the rest of the world.

Japan has historically been a minor player in business education, despite being a leading economic power. The arrival on this year’s Asian list of NUCB Business School, a privately owned college located in the Tokai region of Japan, is significant for the country’s international standing in the business education market. It has achieved this through its Executive MBA, the part-time course that is popular across the Asian region. However, Nagoya is the only Japanese school on this year’s list, a third of the number achieved by South Korea’s business education market.
