This book analyzes the changes in inter-organizational relationships in various industries in recent years based on a number of cases, and considers guidelines for companies to gain a competitive advantage. In particular, rather than analyzing the static structure such as vertical integration or horizontal division of labor, we focused on the dynamism of inter-organizational relationships, introduced the idea model of virtual project company, and analyzed changes in inter-organizational relationships in various industries. It advocates guidelines for gaining a competitive advantage.
