Organizational Capacity Hybrid Strategy

How can we strengthen Japanese companies? Exchanging opinions with managers and executives, and enthusiastic about the urgent need for globalization that they transmitted to us, we made the hypothesis of "people-based" and "work-based" and started research projects based on those concepts. The research project took three years. We conducted a questionnaire survey by mail and received responses from 163 companies. In addition, we conducted a case study by meeting with 12 companies and analyzing them. Japanese companies are strong in terms of their people-base. Taking advantage of this, we will introduce the “work-based” strengths that are characteristic of American companies and hybridize our organizational capabilities. This book clarifies this path.
