The Essence of Japanese Failure: The mechanisms of downfall learned from 29 cases
The last 20 years were a series of management failures on the part of Japanese companies. There were many cases of misjudgment such as the food fraud case that originated from the Snow Brand for 10 years, the window dressing settlement case represented by Kanebo, last year's Olympus case, Daio Paper in 2012 as well as Panasonic and Sharp. We will examine the pits that Japanese companies fall into from these representative cases.
