This course provides practical training in the fundamentals of finance and treasury required for business managers. In particular, the course will consider how to explain and promote your company's situation to outside investors and lenders. In addition to examining financial allowances to prevent bankruptcy, students will learn about the risk of accounting irregularities and what to do in the event of such an occurrence.
