What goes into the ranking of an MBA? There are two major types of MBA rankings in the world: MBA rankings conducted by publications such as The Economist and Financial Times, and those conducted by global research organizations such as QS. The factors that influence the MBA rankings are said to be the following, and of course, the results of the MBA rankings will vary greatly depending on which factors are emphasized.

Types of MBA Rankings
There are 8 major MBA rankings. Naturally, these rankings differ in terms of what they focus on and how they obtain their figures. Therefore, we can classify the rankings in two categories: those which are fact-based, focusing on objective information, and opinion-based, focusing on subjective information.
