Abstract

This case describes about Danone's 'Dual Mission" and its local practice. The local practice was named Minero PILOT firm Project. It is a scheme to encourage local farmer establishing a firm. The firm The concept is a very innovative one and tries to provide more benefit for the farmers, such as holiday, profit, scale, and management. This is also contributed for Danone's supply chain for more secure and sustainable sourcing about milk, which is a source of Donaone's products.
