Nestle in China 2014
Abstract
Nestle has enter China for over 2 decades, however it still struggling to get more market share China market. To increase market share, Nestle completed a number of M&A and joint venture in China. But to find a more sustainable way to win in China market, Nestle China referenced successful experience in Nestle Japan and appointed the first CEO with China background. What should he do to improve Nestle products market share in China ?
