Abstract

Since the research and development budget has been submitted to the National Diet of Japan in 1954, Toshiba Nuclear Energy Systems & Services Division has been contributing to the progress of Japan’s nuclear industry. Although, the situation has changed drastically after the Fukushima nuclear accident that was caused by 3.11 Tohoku earthquake in 2011 and the accounting fraud that was revealed in 2015. This case will indicate how the nuclear division should be managed, to supply an energy resource for the people’s safe and secure livings. In addition, it will make the readers think over how you should manage the division with leadership, in the background of the nuclear division members’thoughts.
