Campus visit: En World careers seminar 22 November 2019

On Friday 22nd November 2019, en world President Mr. Vijay Deol and his team visited Marunouchi Campus to deliver a presentation on job-hunting and working in Japan.

Recruitment services company en world is a leader in connecting global companies and internationally-minded candidates throughout the APAC region.

Mr. Deol shared insights into his own career path with students, with advice for career development and adjusting to Japanese working culture. Personal tips included building a strong network and keeping good relationships with former employers, along with nurturing specific habits such as learning to “read the air” to improve communication skills in Japan.

The presentation was followed by discussion and questions from students.
