Singapore Management University

The Singapore Management University (SMU) is a young and prestigious Singaporean university founded in 2000. It comprises six school including the School of Accountancy, the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, and the School of Economics. Highly focused on research, SMU strives to create knowledge as much it strives to diffuse it. The goal is to educate the new generation to be able to tackle modern Asian and global issues and to provide it with new tools and theory to do it. This ambitious vision is currently quite successful since the school has been rewarded by a triple accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) and is ranked 11 among the specialist universities of the world by the QS World Ranking University.
