The main characteristic of NTUBA is the integrated and innovative course design. For freshmen and sophomores, they need to learn basic managerial tools and quantitative methods while students above junior year have to choose tracks among marketing, operations and decision-making, technological management, human resources and organizational management. Founded in 1987, the NTU College of Management has been actively engaged in the formulation of strategies for internationalization, resulting in the winning of a wide range of acclaims from international academia. In 2010, NTU College of Management was officially accredited by the AACSB International, an honor that has helped the College stay abreast of high-quality research and education among top-tier business schools worldwide.
