Global MBA
In the MBA course, Professor Kazuhiro Takino has started a course called "Financial Analysis". In this course, students deepen their understanding of changes in financial markets and business operations, and discuss how to make the best decisions in light of financial and economic changes through discussions.
An understanding of the financial markets is necessary to determine strategies for financial transactions. In the current crisis, it is even more important to understand financial and economic fluctuations, such as changes in the prices of financial assets and the actions and transactions of financial institutions. In this class, we will focus mainly on the former, and examine the causes of financial transactions and financial market fluctuations through case discussions. On the first day of the class, everyone discussed the theme of "What is your idea of corporate value?", and the discussion among the students deepened and became heated as to what kind of decisions would generate the most profit. While encouraging the exchange of opinions during the discussion, Mr. Takino made sharp remarks at key points, making the discussion among the students more constructive.
