Organizational Culture Reform
Mr. Hiroto Gouke, who completed the EMBA program at our school, and Mr. Yoshinori Oikawa and Mr. Yoshitaka Fujii, who are currently enrolled in the same program, were featured on the NewsPicks website. The three are working to reform the organizational culture at their company, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
The article introduced their efforts to improve the input and output of employees and revitalize communication between departments and across positions through activities that involve people from various departments and positions and encourage dialogue based on news. About the Executive MBA
The Executive MBA program was launched in 2003 as the first program of its kind in Japan for professionals who wish to become core members of corporations. Ninety percent of our faculty members are practitioners who have been active on the front lines of business. Unlike those offering only unidirectional academic lectures for training researchers, our program provides practical learning directly related to business by reflecting the experience and knowledge gained through practical work in intensive classes.
