Management integration of MAC Midland Tax Corporation and Brain Partner Tax Corporation
On December 1, 2020, MAC Midland Certified Public Tax Accountants' Corporation and Brain Partner Certified Public Tax Accountants' Corporation, both headed respectively by Prof. Koichi Saito and Prof. Atsuto Yano of our institution, will merge to form a new firm, MAC&BP Midland Certified Public Tax Accountants' Corporation, one of the largest firms in Japan with approximately 2,700 clients and 200 employees.
The new firm is one of the largest firms in Japan, with approximately 2,700 clients and 200 staff. MBC Midland Tax Corporation, which has a highly specialized consulting track record in the area of asset tax and business succession, and MAC&BP Midland Tax Corporation, which has one of the largest client bases in the Chubu region in the area of medical and nursing care, have been established by Dr. Yano. MBC Mitland Tax Corporation, with its highly specialized consulting experience in asset tax and business succession, and Brain Partner, with one of the largest client bases in the Chubu region in the medical and nursing care fields, will leverage their respective strengths to provide a wider range of services of higher quality.
