The NUCB Business School International Affairs team conducted an online welcome party for GLP students joining us this Fall 2020. As many students have not yet arrived in Japan and have been taking courses online, the party was conducted using an online platform and students participated remotely. Some recent alumni and current students also joined the party to make it more lively.

The main purpose of this party was to establish a strong connection among students and promote extracurricular activities. The welcome party was hosted by International Affairs Assistant Director John Kang and the International affairs Team. The party started with icebreaker questions in rapid-fire breakout groups, followed by various games and activities such as Pictionary, ending with a game of “Cards Against NUCB,” in which students chose the best responses to amusing prompts. Students were led in toasts throughout the night.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to welcome our new students to the Global Leader Program and let them know that they are valued members of the NUCB Business School community.
