Organizational Development

Entry Open

Organizational development is the process of unleashing the potential within an organization and driving its evolution. However, simply aligning strategies and systems is not enough to make an organization function as intended. Through discussions based on case studies, this course provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their thinking on essential perspectives for charting a direction while simultaneously engaging with the motivations and relationships of individuals and teams to fully unlock organizational power.
