Amid the rapid advancement of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, there is a growing interest in exploring their potential to enhance leadership decisions. Human resources emerges as a key domain for such exploration, empowering organizational leaders to leverage data sciences for recruitment, training, performance management, and retention initiatives.
