Recognise the importance of collaboration that transcends organisational boundaries. Day1

  1. group discussion based on prior learning about the structure of co-creation-type OI involving users.
  2. analyze examples of problem-solving OI and discuss the merits and risks of utilizing external experts and unspecified ideas.
  3. examine the challenges and solutions of Open Innovation cases brought by the participants
  4. incorporate the essence learned in the case discussions into real-life examples from their own companies and industries, and give shape to their ideas.

Day2

  1. through the case study of external collaboration in the manufacturing industry, we will examine implementation issues and organizational transformation unique to large companies. 2.
  2. SpaceX: Discuss collaboration with a government agency (NASA), strategies for involving external parties in the satellite and transportation business, and the open innovation (PPP) perspective of a public organization x private company. 3) Discuss key points learned from each case, and how they can be applied in the future.
  3. points learned from each case, the essentials of OI implementation, and the importance of a frontier spirit will be summarized.
