Biography
チョン・ジユン博士は、高麗大学ビジネススクールにて組織行動論を専門とする経営学の博士号を取得し、その後同校で研究教授を務めました。
彼女の研究は、Journal of Business Ethics(FT50)をはじめ、Journal of Knowledge Management、Business Strategy and the Environment、Personnel Reviewなど、複数のABDC Aランクの主要国際学術誌に掲載されています。
彼女の研究は、組織におけるAI導入の両面的な影響に焦点を当て、AIが従業員の態度や行動に対してポジティブまたはネガティブに作用する条件を明らかにしています。さらに、リーダーシップのダイナミクス、職場における不適切行為(ミストリートメント)、適合性(コンギュルエンス)の効果、そして仕事と家庭の相互関係といったテーマにも関心を持っています。
また、彼女の教育理念はケースメソッドを用いた体験型学習を重視し、現代の変化し続けるビジネス環境において必要とされる批判的思考力の育成を目指しています。
