矢本 成恒

Biography

東京大学教養学部基礎科学科卒業。筑波大学修士(経営学)、東京大学博士(工学)。NTTグループにて、経営企画部門や新規事業開発部門を中心に、経営戦略策定、グループ会社経営支援、新規事業企画などを経験。NTT戦略持株会社の経営企画担当部長を最後に、IT&放送コンサルティング会社に取締役として参画。その後、コンサルタントの集合組織の(社)俯瞰工学研究所の設立に携わり(現在非常勤)、現在に至る。

経営コンサルタントとしては、ITビジネス、テレビ放送、自動車メーカー、専門学校、医療法人など80社以上の経営支援や新規事業支援に携わる。更に、中小企業診断士活動としてIT業・製造業等を中心に多くの経営指導や企業研修を実施した。東京商工会議所「企業変革プログラム」アドバイザーの経験もあり、現在もコンサルタント&中小企業診断士の活動を継続中である。

教育者としては、論文指導や技術経営(MOT)分野の科目を講義してきた。これまで担当した科目は、イノベーション・マネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント、ビジネス統計解析など。早稲田大学大学院スポーツ科学研究科、東京工科大学メディア学部、立命館大学大学院テクノロジー・マネジメント研究科、国立情報学研究所などで講義を実施。

研究者としては、日本開発工学会の活動(理事、ビジネス・イノベーション研究会座長、論文誌編集委員)を主軸とし、イノベーション・マネジメントの研究を進めている。現在は、コンテンツ分野のイノベーションのプロセスの特徴をデータ解析により検証する研究に取り組んでいる。所属学会は、日本開発工学会、日本マーケティング・サイエンス学会、ビジネスモデル学会、プロジェクトマネジメント学会。

我々の発展に必要なイノベーションは、多様な刺激が起点となり、個人の暗黙知から形成されることが多い。そのため、平素から臨機応変なアプローチを心掛けている。仕事と研究、文系と理系、サイエンスとアート、これらは現実の捉え方の側面にすぎず、いずれも大事な視点だと認識している。現在も、失敗から学習を重ねて様々なイノベーションを追求しているが、多様な視点で試行錯誤をする今この瞬間がとても楽しく面白いと感じている。
