American University of Beirut

The American University of Beirut was established in 1866 by the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions as a higher education institution. The campus borders the Mediterranean Sea and includes a world-class medical center and three museums. The Suliman S. Olayan School of Business is one of the oldest higher education institutions in the Middle East with a business degree program launched in 1990. The vision of AUB is to "Transform business thinking in the MENA region."
