NUCBは、まるで色とりどりの宝石でできた島のようです。仲間とともに切磋琢磨し、自分らしい輝きを見つけ、磨きをかけられる最高のフィールドです。入学のきっかけは大学というキャンパスライフの憧れと、学歴コンプレックスからでした。18歳から社会に出て働いていたなか、何となく大学へ行ってみたいという、ふわっとした願望を持っていまいた。40歳を過ぎ、自身のこれからを見つめ直そうとしたとき、内閣府女性リーダー育成研修がNUCBにて開催されることを知り、意を決して応募し研修に挑みました。それをきっかけに学ぶって楽しい、知らないこと知るってこんなに刺激的なんだと、まるで水を得た魚のようにケースメゾットにのめり込み今に至ります。高卒から大学院卒へと無謀な挑戦も、かつて抱いていたコンプレックスを糧に日々精進、何歳になったって、どんなときだって、自身の志が高ければ何だってチャレンジできる！そう教えてくれる最高の環境にいつも感謝しています。
