Tim Murray the CEO of alba is facing the problem of the LME crash in the world stage. He receives the organization with a multitude of problems from his predecessors including a contract from 1971. As he attempts to find a plan to initiating the vision of crown prince of Bahrain, he has to deal with the changing demographic of the age group in the organization. Moreover, the company had to deal with the problem of the Arab spring in 2011. The company had a lot of problems from the in negotiating with the union and other companies. This will be an attempt to analyze the problems face by the organization.
