アブストラクト

The case focused on Antiqua’s acquisitions process along with post-merger cultural integration. Despite the downturn caused to the global economy by the COVID-19, Anaqua had executed four acquisitions since 2020. The core part of the case story is on Anaqua, CEO Bob Romeo’s interview regarding Anaqua’s past M&A since 2015. The case story also describes Bob’s organizational management during the covid-19 pandemic. The case will also allow the participant to experience Bob’s practical knowledge and tips on M&A and organization management during pandemics for maintaining a sustainable business.
